Warrenty And Service Support

SgKeitai provides limited Warranty & Service Support For All Docomo / Softbank , And some Of Au Kddi / Or Other Korean Models Like Samsung / LG / Vega Listed or Retail Goods In Outlet Or Office.

Some Official Products Listed Come With Warrenty Of 12 Months Direct By Local Manufacturer , Other Import Products Maybe Vaild For 3-6 Months Only But NO WORRIES, We Provide Or Backing To Our Direct Customers With 12 Months Service & Support Which Other Reseller NEVER WILL!! . Pre Owned Goods Directly From Me Will Also Be Entitled With Service & Support By Us

The Start Date Of Any Warranty / Service & Support Will Be The Date Of Purchase Shown On The Receipt Or Invoice By Our Company.

Terms and conditions as below:

1] Valid Warranty Card And Original Invoice/Receipt must Be Presented Upon Request Of Warranty/Support & Services And The Service Is Only Providing Free Inspection (All Replacement Parts Costs, Labour Fee Are Not Included & Must Be Paid By Customer)

2)Service & Support Includes Updating Of Firmware/ Software Repairs On *Selected Models For Free Without Any Charges.

3]Warrenty/Service & Support Is Not Applicable For Conditions Listed As Below:

- Any products cannot be powered up ( Depend On Suitations )

- Any external, internal and visual damages / distortion / water corrosion which includes but not limited to defective pixel, chromatism found on product.

- Accidental damage, neglect, misuse, inadequate volt input, improper installation or testing, unauthorized repair, alteration. Damages directly or indirectly caused by using improper or damaged facility.

- Any torn-off, alteration or broken on the original warranty label. (Any applicable)

- Any Illegal Software upgrade / downgrade / modification (High-risk actions) made on the products by customer / the Company (on behalf of / requested by customer) which leads to any malfunction / suspicious scenarios.

- Customer presents false warranty information. However, if the Company at its sole discretion determines the product to be serviceable, the customer may elect to have the product serviced, repaired, or replaced at a cost set forth by the Company. Any replaced parts will become the property of the Company.

4] Valid Warrenty does not cover consumable items such as such as Housing, Cover, Usb cables, Headsets/Earpiece , Plastic ear hooks, Build-in batteries, AC adaptor etc.

5] Any defective part, which has been replaced, shall become our property, scratch may occur on the chassis during repair service.

6] Manufactorer Warranty Is Only Applicable In Singapore BUT NO WORRIES We can still help out if you sending to us from oversea.

7)Service & Supports Is Vaild throughout even if you are oversea. Japan Import Models Like Docomo & Softbank You Can Still Send or Pass To Me To Send Back Japan For Service But With Shippment Fees Or Any Other Costs.

8)We have Direct Japan Sales Office To Do The Job, No Going Through Any 3rd Party Company Like Other Reseller which always take long time & cannot repair/resolved,  So You Can Rest Assure.

9] If the product or its parts are no longer manufactured or the defect cannot be rectified, Customer Accepts that the Company is Absolved from any duty to repair / replace the product under warranty.

10] Warranty cards / Invoices / Reciept issued with packing by any entity other than the Company are invalid and will not be accepted.

11] Warranty card/invoice will not be re-issued, so please keep this safely and present it along with the original invoice or reciept for any repair services.

12] In case of any disputes, the final and conclusive decision shall be made by our Company.
